There’s an incredible magazine I grab every time I’m in Austin, partly for the spectacular images that pop off the pages but mostly for the wonderful content inside. Edible Austin promotes local food in Austin and Central Texas and now, the publication is coming to San Antonio!

Edible San Antonio will make its debut at The Pearl Stable from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday, Sept 30. Hosted by The Pearl and the San Antonio Cocktail ConferenceEdible San Antonio will unveil its first cover and release the first 400 copies of the premiere issue at this celebration of local food and spirits. I cannot wait to see it!

with Mayor Julian Castro

                               New bimonthly magazine celebrates bounty of local food and culture in San Antonio and South Central Texas

 September 26, 2013, San Antonio, TX – Edible Communities Inc. is excited to announce the debut of Edible San Antonioa new bimonthly publication that will explore the rich bounty of local food and culture throughout South Central Texas. Focusing on the chefs, farmers, vintners and food artisans who make up the local food scene, Edible San Antonio will give voice to its inspirations, trends, controversies and challenges – offering inside access to its most influential contributors. 

The highly anticipated publication makes its debut on Monday September 30th and will be welcomed by Mayor Julian Castro at a special event hosted by the historic Pearl Brewery and San Antonio Cocktail Conference. The event benefits Houston Street Charities and SA Time Dollar.
